TYPOGRAPHIC POSTER working in pairs with Ally Purdue Recently completed a half-day brief based on TypeRadio. Using no images we had to create a typographic poster that advertised an event on behalf of TypeRadio. In pairs I worked really well, not only because of the lucky dip selection of my partner. Communications were good and we developed a good ‘HomeComing’ theme. We chose a modern theme that advertised the ‘HomeComing’ of Stefan Sagmeister in Beganz, Austria. The modern them is a template for a series of homecoming posters. Different colours could be used to represent the different events, this is something we could explore. A lanyard was created to support the poster as part of an implement that you wear.  Really pleased with the outcome, worked well with Ally Purdue and our designs flowed well. The modern and tonal colour scheme suits with the tile like size, producing it in a square.
